These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the applicant (hereinafter referred to as “Merchant,” “You,” or “Applicant”) and Ease one pay solutions pvt ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Payment Gateway Provider,” “We,” or “Us”).

You must be a legal entity and possess the authority to enter into this agreement. By submitting the application, you confirm that you are eligible to use the payment gateway services.
3. Application Process
a. The application process includes the submission of accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

5. Security and Compliance
a. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring compliance with industry security standards.

6. Termination
a. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

a. The payment gateway, its software, and any associated intellectual property are owned by the Payment Gateway Provider.

8. Liability and Indemnification
